AI Gmail Manager ("the App") is developed by BdebTech. This privacy policy explains how we handle your data when you use our Android application.

The App requests access to the following Google account data:

Email address and profile information — to identify your Google account and display your name and profile picture.
Gmail messages (read-only) — to display your email inbox within the app. We only read emails; we never send, modify, or delete any emails.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used exclusively to:

Display your Gmail inbox and email content within the app.
Allow you to manage and view multiple Gmail accounts in one place.
Search your emails using Gmail's built-in search functionality.

4. Data Storage

The App does not store your emails or Gmail data on any external server. All email data is fetched directly from Google's Gmail API and displayed in the app. Only your account email address and display name are stored locally on your device for account management purposes.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share, sell, or transfer your personal data or email content to any third parties. Your data stays between you and Google's servers.

6. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Google Gmail API — to access your email data with your explicit permission.
Google Sign-In — to authenticate your Google account securely.

7. Security

We use industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication provided by Google. The App never sees or stores your Google password. Authentication tokens are managed securely by Google Play Services on your device.

8. Your Rights

You can:

Remove your Google account from the app at any time.
Revoke the app's access to your Gmail from your Google Account permissions.
Uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data.
